It is very important that your household is free of any symptoms relating to COVID-19 and you make us aware of anyone in the household that is either self-isolating for any reason, or has recently returned from foreign travel and should be quarantining.
Social distancing is extremely important. Our engineer will respect the two metre social distancing instruction at all times. We would prefer you leave our engineer alone, and remain in a separate room whilst they work on your appliance.
Although our engineers make every effort to sanitise the areas they touch, we recommend you take necessary precautions to carry out a thorough clean after we have left.
For the protection of both yourselves and our engineers, they will be wearing personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves as necessary.
